Pastor Eric is the Lead Pastor of The Local Church. He and his wife, Jessica, have three incredible kids and love doing life, ministry, and making memories together.
The journey began in 2012 with a small church plant in Miramar, grew as two churches became one in 2016, and in 2019 officially became The Local Church with a mission to connect people to Jesus and one another, and a vision to be the perfect place for imperfect people to experience the presence of God.
What Eric loves most is seeing lives changed: watching people meet Jesus, get baptized, find community, discover their purpose, and become leaders who help others do the same. His leadership is shaped by a simple conviction: obedience is our responsibility, and outcomes are God's.
Outside of church, you'll usually find Eric with his family, traveling, trying new restaurants, or nerding out over computers, gadgets, board games, and superhero movies. More than anything, he wants you to know you don't have to have everything figured out to belong here there's a place for you at The Local Church, and Jesus is for you!
